Church Operations Manager

Northchurch Baptist Church is seeking to appoint an experienced individual to the new and exciting role of Church Operations Manager. This role will facilitate the growth of the church by overseeing the organisation and management of the church’s varied activities while releasing other staff members to focus on their ministries. The role holder will have a wide-ranging set of responsibilities including strategic policy making and implementation, HR, finance and, facilities management and overseeing the day-to-day running of the church office.

The successful applicant will be an experienced team leader who is motivated to facilitate the growth of God’s kingdom at Northchurch Baptist Church.
