Naomi Brehm

Naomi grew up in NBC so is well known to many of us.

While surviving a Physics degree at Durham, Naomi got a taste for the adventure of making Jesus known in a culture that is hungry for meaning and significance. She saw opportunities pop up in everyday conversations over dinner, learnt that even atheist friends were keen to study the Bible and saw thousands of students turn up to events to hear what Christians had to say.

Naomi currently works with UCCF in the North East of England helping to reach students for Jesus

After a year of training with the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics, Naomi returned to the glorious North East to work with the Christian Unions in Durham and Hartlepool. She's convinced that the existence of God makes the best sense of our human experience, that the gospel is both true and beautiful, and that everyone’s got to have ‘Decide what I think about Jesus’ on their bucket list.

University is a particularly good time to tick that one off, so she loves helping CU students get rooted in the Bible and risky in evangelism as they encourage their friends to consider Jesus for themselves.

Currently she particularly works with Durham Inter-Collegiate Christian Union and the Northern School of Art Christian Union.

She is increasingly in demand as a speaker at key Christian events.
